I’ll give that a try thanks because not many developers I know stick an IMMORAL banner on a persons LIVE site…its ludicrous.
They already push in your face the banners and big ads ALREADY in their plugin (like 99+ marketers DO) so doing this is immoral.
I even think its against WordPress Tof S.
I would NEVER buy it because of this ‘sneaky’ tactic. Unethical and NOT COOL!!!

Thanks, I got chat GPT to find a few ways around it as well…if it bypasses JS and gets loaded again I will look for a “REAL” honest plugin.
If they’re honest up front then all they need to do is add their “banner ads” in the plugin like every developer on the planet.

And you actually forgot to mention another reason why this is IMMORAL. You have to enable it by going to their website and downloading ‘accelerator.zip’ and then enabling it. So what other code did you hide in there? You didn’t? Well just leave it on the WordPress Repository …unless he’s …up to no good. Hmmmmmm
    Thanks again.

    • I have not shown the steps to install the plugin, the blog is only about removing the footer credits.

Hey. You can also change the string ‘mode’ inside the if block to something different to avoid reading this spam snippet.
